Anxiety
Anxiety is a feeling of apprehension or fear.
Most people feel anxious at one time or another.
This is normal. So if you are about to go
on stage or be interviewed, some anxiety
helps your performance. In its useful form,
it keeps us focused.
However, when anxiety is constant, our performance
is impaired. Anxiety can be made worse by
other difficult emotions such as guilt, shame,
sorrow, anger or fear. When these feelings
become constant or too strong, they can interfere
with our normal life.
You may not know this, but your feelings
are controlled by your thoughts. By identifying
what you are thinking, you can regain control
of your feelings. Back in control of your
life. Great.
