Loneliness


We can all feel lonely some of the time. But if we have got out of the habit of making new friends, going out and meeting people, we can experience powerful feelings of emptiness and isolation. And at Christmas and New Year, feeling unwanted and unloved can be particularly difficult.


Hypnotherapy to the rescue!


In just a short time, you will start to see other people in a more positive light, seeing social interaction as something to seek out, rather than to avoid. Cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy helps you to think more positively about the social world, and to learn new skills for engaging in social activities.
