How to lose weight without dieting

Well, if it was easy, you would not be reading this. We live in a food-saturated culture. Food is cheap, convenient and accessible. Retailers are highly skilled at manipulating our desires, to get us to eat and eat. There are eating encouragements all around us all the time. No wonder we find it hard to manage our eating. For some of us, overweight is the symptom of other problems. Getting to the heart of the matter helps you regain control.

We all know that we should get our weight down to a healthy level to avoid heart attacks, diabetes and a whole host of diseases which result from being overweight. So if we know all this, why can't we stop eating? For this is the question. Not "How can I lose weight?" but "How can I eat less?"
